In the descriptions of all our CUSTOM PENDANT listings, it is stated that the processing of each pendant will take 3-4 weeks. If you don't accept 3-4 processing times when placing your order, we've made it clear please don't place your order. Thereupon, a confirmation e-mail was sent to you by the e-mail ''iceypyrdami1@gmail.com'' for you to confirm.

In short, don't worry! Your order is still processing and we need another 1 or 2 weeks or less. Once completed, it will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided to you. We appreciate your understanding!

Our factory is currently processing more than 1000 Custom orders. And we don't really have a chance or that much time to send previews/photos/videos to each client. Our craftsmen do their best to finish all customs within/before estimated time.

Jewelry should be kept dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in a dust bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying chemical products and showering/swimming.

In summary, you can be sure that there is absolutely no problem with your package. If you see it that way, everything is fine, your tracking number is updated daily.

This is because we have to ship out all customs and some specific items from our factory right away instead of our warehouses. Since our factory is very busy with production and custom pieces, we send the packages from our factory through an agency. And it takes between 2-4 days for them to gather and deliver all the packages to USPS. After the packages are handed to USPS and the package will be delivered to you within 1-3 days. In other words, you can expect your package  between 4-7 working days as an estimate.

Your package will definitely be delivered to you.
