Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

▶ All Orders excluding Custom orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

▶ If you order with Express, delivery takes 2-4 business days.

▶ Custom orders are shipped after they are ready at the factory. We use USPS on our shipments and use an agent to collect the packages. Custom deliveries take 4-7 business days.

▶ Custom & Custom Photo Pendant orders are non-refundable

▶ Grill orders non-refundable.

▶ Wear-tear products are non-refundable.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your Order, We will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Shipping in US Method 1 : Standard

• Shipping in US Method 2 : Express
  Shipment cost: $24.99 USD

• Shipping in US Custom Orders : Standard
  Shipment cost: Free

Express delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. You need to let us know from chat about this.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to USPS high-volume.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

www.iceypyramid.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Icey Pyramid is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Icey Pyramid is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Icey Pyramid will prepare, ship and provide a tracking number to the customer. Once the package is on the way, customer is responsible to track their packages. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. All packages are insured. USPS will help you to file the claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Icey Pyramid is not liable for missing, lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to your shipping provider and file a claim with your shipping provider.
