Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your purchase to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, returns will not be accepted.
Important : To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, UNWORN or UNUSED, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return labels are sent only for US. Icey Pyramid doesn't provide a return label for international orders. Customers who ordered from outside of US are responsible to send the package back if they like to return their purchase. Icey Pyramid is also not responsible for any customs costs issued by your government, as this is beyond our control.
To start a return, you can contact us at iceypyramid1@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will only accept returns for missing stones if it has not been 7 days after the package is delivered. If the package delivery has exceeded 7 days, returns for missing stones will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for wear and tear issues.
We use 5x micro-plating on our products with the highest quality of materials in this price range. You can use your product for a long time as it was the first day with the mind-free, but we want you to know that you need to pay special attention to your jewelry. The cleaner you use it, the longer you will use it. However, Icey Pyramid is not responsible for color changes and missing stones issue after a long time usage, that is, issues caused by use. That said, these orders that are caused due to excessive usage are not granted for refunds.
We state that our products never fade away. However, these are not real silver or gold products as stated. We use the best plating in the market, and our products will never fade away during normal usage. If the product has faded, it must be due to excessive usage, exposure to water or showers, improper cleaning, or storage in humid places. Icey Pyramid is not responsible and will not accept returns for orders caused by excessive use, exposure to water, improper cleaning, or storage in humid places. Customers are responsible for taking care of their products to keep them away from water, excessive use and proper cleaning in order to ensure the longest lifetime at affordable prices.
Returns due to not passing diamond tester will not be accepted. We do not state that our diamonds are real. We are an affordable jewelry business. Our products pass the test due to the materials we use, offering affordable pricing for those who want to enjoy the look of real diamonds without breaking the bank. Our products have a real diamond look and exhibit the same VVS shine. We do not sell real diamonds. Our products feature factory-made lab stones, as clearly stated. Our materials pass the tester, not the diamonds. Therefore, returns won't be accepted for this reason.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, customs and custom photo pendants), replacement items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
However, we also offer exchanges at no extra cost for a one-time exchange. Once you request an exchange, we will need to receive the returned item before sending the exchange product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. It usually takes 3 days for your refund to be reflected on your original payment method. The shipping cost cannot be refunded if it has been used to ship your package.
